Ceramic Coating
Discover ceramic coating: a revolutionary shield for your vehicle's paintwork. Engineered with nanotechnology, it forms a durable barrier against UV rays, oxidation, and environmental contaminants, ensuring unparalleled protection. With its ultra hydrophobic properties, water and dirt effortlessly slide off, keeping your car looking new with minimal maintenance.
Why do I need clay bar treatment?
Removes embedded contaminants: Clay bar treatment effectively eliminates stubborn dirt, tar, rust and other pollutants from your vehicle's surface.
Restores smoothness: By gently lifting impurities, it restores the smooth texture of your car's paint, enhancing its overall appearance.
Prepares for detailing: This treatment creates a clean canvas, allowing for better adhesion of wax or ceramic coatings, resulting in a longer-lasting and more radiant finish.
*highly recommended if you intend on getting a ceramic treatment
Ceramic Coating Vs. Wax
Protection duration: Wax typically provides protection for a few weeks, whereas ceramic coating offers long-lasting durability, often lasting for months with proper maintenance.
Resistance to environmental elements: Ceramic coatings are more resistant to UV rays, oxidation, and chemical contaminants compared to wax, providing superior protection against environmental damage.
Hydrophobic properties: Ceramic coatings create a hydrophobic surface, causing water to bead and slide off easily, whereas wax provides limited water repellency. This property helps keep the car cleaner for longer and makes washing easier.
Ceramic coatings' superior hydrophobic properties come from a polymer known as silicon dioxide (SiO2). SiO2 is 3-4 times more hydrophobic than the polymers found in traditional wax treatments.
